The price for a complete manufacturing ranges from 700 € to 1,200 € per square meter. The total delivery time of residence is about 3-4 months (delivery time determined by the material and the architectural plan for the implementation of the residence) from the initial order. These prices do not include the project cost of issuing building permits and insurance contribution (IKA) and the base.
The above price includes all necessary studies and all stages of the construction of the dwelling, as follows:

Bioclimatic Design
The study is in accordance with the principles of bioclimatic design, choosing the right architecture of the building based on the orientation, the surroundings and the microclimate of the area. The house is adapted to the natural environment utilizing solar energy and natural pools heating / cooling to secure the necessary conditions of thermal and visual comfort to their users with minimal energy consumption.
